Womans program bio:

Gfteam Fit For Her is a bootcamp style workout for all fitness levels. Each 1 hour class will focus on a whole body workout to build strength, cardio and confidence.

No previous experience necessary as each class will be guided in a group setting. Come get stronger to be a better woman, wife, friend, sister, Mom…whoever you are, wherever you are in fitness and whatever your goals are, come join a great group of ladies and get stronger together.
